<p><em>This research examines the effect of third party funds and sharia financing on financial deepening in Indonesia by highlighting inflation as a moderating variable. Researchers used panel data namely data obtained from several financial report for 2017-2021 from 3 islamic commercial banks, which are the sample of this research with quarterly data. The data analysis technique in the research used a panel data regression test (CEM) and a moderation test with the help of the eviews version 12 programs. The results of this research show that third party funds and sharia financing have an effect on financial deepening in Indonesia without being moderated by inflation. Meanwhile, inflation has no effect on financial deepening in Indonesia. The research results imply that sharia banking will expand services to the community with the aim of increasing sharia bank capital for financing. <p><em>This study sought to ascertain how the BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Branch Pragaan should implement Fatwa No. 23/DSN-MUI/III/2002 on the termination of the Murabaha contract. The researchers employed a case study, a descriptive qualitative research method, to learn more (Case Study). The findings demonstrated that clients at the BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch who choose to settle their debts ahead of schedule can do so with ease thanks to the payback deduction included in the Murabaha contract. There are two different forms of financing: payroll cut financing, which deducts 25% of the residual margin, and direct pay financing, which deducts margin decrease. <p><em>Financing through pawn products is generally available at pawnshop institutions, but along with the development of Islamic finance, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) also participated in financing opportunities for 732 people through pawn. The large interest of these customers needs to be analyzed considering that BSI, a sharia financial institution that initially focused on savings and financing, is currently shifting to pawn products. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy of BSI KCP Sumenep offers gold pawn services using Philip Kotler's strategy, namely: product strategy, price, place and promotion and one of the innovations of BSI KCP Sumenep itself is market raids and casual walks (JJS). <p>Artikel ini membahas nilai tanggung jawab dalam perspektif Islam sebagai prinsip fundamental dalam membentuk karakter individu muslim sekaligus pijakan moral sosial dan spiritual. Tanggung jawab dalam Islam tidak hanya dimaknai sebagai kewajiban etis, tetapi juga merupakan amanah ilahiah yang mencerminkan relasi manusia dengan Allah, sesama, lingkungan, dan dirinya sendiri. Dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif, tulisan ini menelaah dimensi tanggung jawab melalui konsep khalifah, amanah, dan mas'uliyyah, yang berakar kuat dalam ajaran Al-Qur'an dan hadis. Penjabaran dilakukan dengan mengurai empat bentuk tanggung jawab utama: kepada Tuhan, masyarakat, lingkungan, dan diri sendiri. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab dalam Islam memiliki cakupan yang holistik, berperan membentuk harmoni individu dengan tatanan sosial dan kosmos. This study aims to understand how Pegadaian Syariah Tuban applies sharia principles in Rahn services and how mu'nah fees are determined and charged to customers. The results of the study indicate that Pegadaian Syariah Tuban has implemented Rahn in accordance with sharia principles and the provisions of the DSN-MUI Fatwa, with mu'nah fees charged to customers based on the estimated value of marhun. <p>KSPPS BMT NU Jambesari Darus Sholah Branch is a business entity engaged in fundraising and fund distribution, has several products offered in the form of savings and financing. In this article, the researcher focuses on savings products at BMT NU Jambesari Darus Sholah Branch, one type of several savings products available, with the provision that this type of savings product has a fairly large profit share compared to other savings products, which is 55% and withdrawals can only be made during the month of Ramadan, with an initial deposit of IDR 10,000 and a minimum of IDR 5,000 for subsequent deposits without any element of coercion when saving. This savings is held to make it easier for people to meet their needs before Eid, this type of savings is known as Eid savings or SABAR, the purpose of this study is to find out what strategies are used in marketing SABAR savings products so that they become superior products and can increase the amount of third party funds at BMT, by using qualitative methods with a case study approach to find out more deeply about the marketing strategies used, thus it was obtained that BMT NU Jambesari Darus Sholah Branch uses the 4P strategy, namely product, price, place, and promotion. in marketing the products they offer while still adhering to the principles of Islamic teachings based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah.</p>Ainur RohmahIta Marianingsih

<p><em>This study aims to identify problems and efforts in developing fish farming business and its processed products in Teluk Ketapang Village, as well as its impact on farmers and surrounding communities according to the perspective of Islamic economics. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, data collected and obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Testing the validity of data using triangulation and member check techniques. The results of this study show that problems in developing catfish farming business in Teluk Ketapang Village include lack of knowledge about aquaculture and limited funds as capital, while there are other problems in the form of internal problems of the Bina Sejati group and problems about marketing occur in the Harapan Maju group. Development efforts are carried out through training, funding applications, and market expansion, reflecting the principles of Islamic economics that emphasize diversity, common prosperity, and sustainability. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the implementation of the halal Value Chain at the UPTD Slaughterhouse of the Department of Agriculture and Food Security of Jambi City, which has an important role in providing halal meat for the Muslim majority community in Jambi City. The halal Value Chain is a series of production activities that guarantee the halalness of products, involving authorized institutions in supervision, management, testing, and policy determination, evaluation, and control of the production, distribution, and consumption processes. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of related documents. To achieve the research objectives, a SWOT analysis is used as a tool for formulating an effective halal Value Chain implementation strategy, taking into account the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the UPTD Slaughterhouse. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the halal Value Chain at the UPTD Slaughterhouse in Jambi City has been carried out systematically in accordance with the principles of halalan thayyiban and the Safe, Healthy, Whole, and Halal (ASUH) standards. Supporting factors include halal certification, accreditation of the Veterinary Control Number (NKV), and the presence of Halal Slaughterers (JULEHA). The main challenges include limited human resources (HR), the absence of an internal laboratory, and lack of distribution supervision. <p><em>Research on "Analysis of the Implementation of Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a Payment Transaction Tool in Efforts to Increase the Income of Micro, Small Enterprises (UMK) in East Tanjung Jaung in a Maslahah Perspective" This analysis was carried out to find out how QRIS is implemented in an effort to increase income in MSEs. is in East Tanjung Jabung. This research is a type of field research using qualitative data from various literature. The research object is business actors in East Tanjung Jabung by examining the application of qris as a means of payment transactions in an effort to increase the opinions of the actors. This research used 10 informants from micro and small business actors in East Tanjung Jabung. Meanwhile, the methods used to collect data are observation, interviews, and no documentation. <p><em>This study examines the influence of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Security on the Interest in Using E-Wallets from an Islamic Economics perspective. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with the population consisting of undergraduate students from the Islamic Economics Study Program at Jambi University, cohorts 2021–2023. The sampling method used is simple random sampling, resulting in a total sample of 204 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the SPSS 26 application. The results indicate that, partially, Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness have a positive but not significant effect on the Interest in Using E-Wallets, whereas Security has a positive and significant effect. <p><em>The increasing participation of women in economic activities is driven by changes in societal concepts and attitudes, as well as ongoing improvements. Through active involvement in development, women are able to contribute to meeting their daily needs through their own income. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that motivate women to work at the Tom Pizza franchise, as well as to examine the role of working women in improving family economic conditions through their employment at Tom Pizza. This research employs a qualitative approach, with informants consisting of eight Tom Pizza employees, the business owner, and gender studies experts. The findings reveal that female employees at Tom Pizza are motivated primarily by economic factors, namely to help fulfill household needs, as well as by needs for self-actualization and social interaction. From the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh al-nisa’), their employment is considered permissible (mubah) as long as it adheres to Islamic principles, such as maintaining personal dignity, obtaining spousal consent (for married women), and not neglecting domestic responsibilities. The study also highlights that women's involvement in the labor market significantly contributes to household economic stability and reflects a broader shift from traditional domestic roles to active public participation.These findings imply the importance of gender-sensitive policies and the need for a more contextual and adaptive interpretation of fiqh to align with contemporary social realities. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies implemented by traders at Aurduri Traditional Market in Jambi City in an effort to increase their income (turnover), as well as to evaluate the implementation of Islamic business ethics in trading activities. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods and participatory observation of traders and buyers in the market. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the marketing communication strategies implemented. The results of the study show that traders at Aurduri Traditional Market implement various marketing communication strategies, such as direct interaction with customers, providing discounts, and promotions through simple social media. However, the implementation of this strategy still faces challenges in the form of competition with modern markets and limited technological knowledge. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of the home ownership financing product (Griya) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Jelutung Jambi Sub-Branch Office. Griya is one of the leading sharia banking products designed to fulfill the community’s housing needs through Islamic financial principles. However, the relatively low number of Griya customers compared to other products indicates the need for more effective and innovative marketing strategies. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, supported by a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in marketing the Griya product. The findings reveal that BSI Jelutung Jambi needs to strengthen market segmentation, enhance promotion through sharia-based education, and optimize digital services to expand its market reach. This study uses quantitative research with quantitative analysis, primary research data is collected directly from the source in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation taken using purposive sampling techniques with a population and sample of 100 people in the Jambi city community. The method or technique of data collection used is field research. The study uses validity and reliability testing and uses data analysis techniques that include classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of live streaming, flash sales and big sales shopee on consumptive behavior among students. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling technique. The number of samples taken was 98 respondents from a population of 4,300. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out using the SmartPLS 4 application program. The results showed that partially live streaming (X1) did not have a significant effect on consumptive behavior, flash sales (X2) had a significant effect on consumptive behavior and big sales (X3) did not have a significant effect on consumptive behavior. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic economic principles on the cryptocurrency trading decisions of Muslim traders in the New Crypto Jambi and Exness Trading communities in Jambi City. The research findings show that the understanding of Islamic economic principles among Muslim traders is still low, both in the novice community (New Crypto Jambi) and the experienced community (Exness Trading). The majority of traders focus more on financial profit without considering the Islamic aspects in their trading decisions. The Exness Trading community tends to be more cautious in selecting trading instruments, although they are still uncertain about the legality of their activities. Meanwhile, traders in the New Crypto Jambi community tend to overlook the consideration of Islamic law in their trading activities and only become aware of Islamic principles after experiencing losses. Additionally, most traders do not understand the elements of gharar, maysir, and riba in cryptocurrency and have not made efforts to seek legal clarification through fatwas from scholars or Shariah financial institutions. In conclusion, the influence of Islamic economic principles on trading decisions is still very minimal due to the lack of Islamic economic literacy, limited education, and the weak role of communities in disseminating Sharia principles. This study recommends increasing Islamic economic literacy through collaboration with Shariah economic experts, as well as organizing regular discussions in trading communities on halal-haram principles in cryptocurrency trading. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of Content Marketing on culinary buying interest in Gen Z Muslims in Jambi City with Religious Commitment as an intervening variable. This study is important because it shows how digital marketing strategies not only play a role in attracting consumers, but also interacting with the religious values held by Muslim communities. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 96 Gen Z Muslim respondents who actively use TikTok, then analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software</em><em>. </em><em>The results of the study show that Content Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest and Religious Commitment. However, Religious Commitment has a negative effect on Buying Interest, thus mediating the relationship between Content Marketing and Buying Interest negatively. These findings confirm that the higher the level of religious commitment a consumer, the more cautious he or she is in responding to culinary marketing content.
