Pengaruh Kemudahan dan Biaya Administrasi Terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan Aplikasi Byond BSI Mobile (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat Kota Jambi)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Ease of Use (X1) and Administrative Costs (X2) on the Decision to Use the BYOND BSI Mobile Application (Y) in Jambi City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a data collection method through questionnaires distributed to BYOND BSI Mobile users in Jambi City. Data analysis techniques used include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, f-tests, and coefficients of determination (R²) with the help of the SPSS program. The results show that Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use the BYOND BSI Mobile Application, with a t-value of 14.939 > t-table 1.985. Administrative Costs also have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use the BYOND BSI Mobile Application, with a t-value of 6.891 > t-table 1.985. Simultaneously, Ease of Use and Administrative Costs have a significant effect on the Decision to Use the BYOND BSI Mobile Application with an f-value of 168.679 > ft-table 3.09. Thus, it can be concluded that the greater the ease of use and the more affordable the administration fees, the higher the customer's decision to use the BYOND BSI Mobile application in Jambi City. This research is expected to provide consideration for Bank Syariah Indonesia in improving the quality of its digital banking services.
